St. Joseph’s Receives 2015 ULI Global Award for Excellence

We’re excited to have received our second consecutive Global Award for Excellence from the Urban Land Institute—the Exploratorium was one of ten winners for 2014, and St. Joseph’s Senior Apartments was among this year’s ten. At St. Joseph’s, our development team (led by BRIDGE Housing and Van Meter Williams Pollack) turned a dilapidated former hospital from 1912 into a mixed-use campus with 146 affordable apartments and an array of amenities.
