Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a Masters of Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
Peter’s experience in implementing green infrastructure throughout the Midwest gave him a pragmatic foundation to the challenges faced by post-industrial cities. In 2015 he moved to California to deepen his practice in landscape design where he attended school at Berkeley while working at an ecological design firm in Oakland.
Peter believes that social infrastructure is the key to adapting to an evolving climate. His research focus involves the succession of our suburbs and the potential that wild landscapes have to build climate resilience and social capital for the surrounding community.
