GLS joins Healthcare-focused Panel at ASLA 2024 National Conference
September 6, 2024 – GLS will be presenting at the ASLA 2024 Conference on Landscape Architecture, taking place in Washington D.C. from October 6-9.
Director Wendy Mok, ASLA, PLA will join Ian Downing, ASLA, Associate Principal of Mikyoung Kim Design, and Emily Allen, ASLA, LEED AP, Associate of Field Operations, and present on the topic “Connection to Nature Is Still the Best Medicine in Contemporary Healthcare“. Wendy will share her experience working on the New Stanford Hospital, in which a landscape-driven and human centered design is prioritized to revolutionize patient experience while increasing the capacity and leading at the forefront of technological innovations and seismic standards.
