Construction Update on Mission Bay South Block 9A Affordable Housing
February 8, 2023 – Construction has started for the eight-story affordable infill at 400 China Basin Street in Mission Bay, San Francisco.
The project is expected to open 148 new condominiums for sale by 2024, overlooking the rising Mission Rock neighborhood. Mithun is responsible for the design. Mission Bay Block 9A is a joint venture of Curtis Development, Michael Simmons Property Development, and YCD, i.e., Young Community Developers operating through China Basin Partners LLC.
