Alex Liu, PLA

He has been practicing since 2018 and works across scales, from small urban spaces and streetscapes to corporate campuses, healthcare projects, and neighborhood master plans. At GLS he has contributed to Balboa Reservoir Park and Midway Phase 3. Prior to joining the firm, Alex spent seven years at HOK in San Francisco, most recently as a senior landscape designer, serving as project captain on work including Embarcadero Plaza, the Kaiser hospital campus in Roseville, Intuitive Surgical’s Sunnyvale campus, and Cal’s softball field at UC Berkeley.
